The tournament concluded with a three way tie resulting in a three team playoff that was decided after a five hole playoff between Team Gloo and Team Kisel. Team Gloo and Team Kisel both had birdie putts to move both teams to another playoff hole however, Team Kisel did not convert their attempt. Team Nelson was eliminated at hole three.

1st Place: Eric Gloo, Gary Hameister, Rick Naber, John Tedesco

2nd Place: George Kisel, Mike Kisel, Jeff Kisel, George Kisel, Sr.

3rd Place: Mike Nelson, Tony Grigas, Bill Grup, Kyle Grup
